 PEEK Expandable Braided Sleeve 

The PEEK expandable braided sleeve is a high-performance protective tubing made of polyether ether ketone (PEEK). It offers excellent resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and abrasion. With strong expandability and flexibility, it can easily wrap around various cables, wires, or hoses while maintaining outstanding mechanical and chemical properties. It is widely used in aerospace, rail transit, high-end manufacturing, and the new energy industry.

Thanks to the special ceramic silicone rubber and aramid fiber composite material, the product can operate continuously and stably in a high temperature environment of 260℃ without deformation or performance degradation. When encountering extreme high temperatures of 300℃ for a short period of time, the thermal protection layer of the material can effectively block heat penetration and maintain the integrity of the internal structure. It is widely used in high temperature conditions such as metallurgical furnaces and aircraft engines.

The outer sheath treated with perfluorinated treatment has natural resistance to highly corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide, and can resist long-term erosion by organic solvents such as gasoline and acetone. Even when immersed in complex chemical solutions, the surface of the product will not swell or crack, making it an ideal protective material for chemical pipelines and laboratory equipment.

The product adopts nano-scale tungsten carbide reinforcement technology, and its surface hardness reaches the industry-leading level, which can withstand more than one million friction tests. In high-dynamic usage scenarios such as robotic arms and automated production lines, it effectively reduces the problem of epidermal peeling caused by wear and tear, and the cable service life is increased by more than 3 times.

The innovative memory braiding structure gives the product excellent elasticity, allowing it to stretch freely to twice its original diameter and quickly return to its original shape.
